This year we lost a JCI friend and former Staines Award winner Marc De Bolle, Senator 25000 and past-member of JCI Antwerpen.

Marc was a very active participant to many JCI Conventions, JCI Conferences and JCI Congresses.
During his local presidency the 1978 European Conference was organized in Antwerp.
Marc received the Staines Award in 1979.
